Fixed the following issues:
- Percentage for Supplier is now working.
- logout script is now properly function.
- the Suppliers Price is now function and it’s possible to see from admin panel.
- the supplier_s_orders is still need to work on as currently it shows all store orders and still link to shop admin panel!!!
Full module and based on previous version.
To upgrade from previous module, you need to use the WinMerge software.
